polygon shapefiles for GPWv4 National Identifier Grid
Hello, I'm hoping to be able to download the raster for the polygon shapefiles for the GPWv4 National Identifier Grid. The page says, "Rasters of all resolutions were also converted to polygon shapefiles." Thanks.

Just to clarify, the download does not include the shapefile as it says it does. Can you please send it to me?
