clarify normalization approach as the min and max provided do not allow to recalculate the scores
I am working as a project leader on a UN project called ISPAR and I am asked by Member States to recalculate countries' scores and ranks. for most indicators, the information provided is enough. However, for others in particular the indicators named GHP and GHN, PMD, TCL, GRL and WTL, as well as RMS et FTD, full information for the min and max is not provided which make it impossible to exactly recalculate and get the exact same scores and ranks. as a result, Member States have a lot of questions and are reluctant to use the index to guide their policymaking.
would you share with me the min and max full information, please?
and would it be possible to schedule a meeting so my team can understand better your methodology and its pros and cons?
