Provide latitude for population centroid for country, region, and a combination of user seleted selected countries
Could you please provide the latitude of the population centroid for countries, regions and a group of user selected countries. For example, I need the latitude of the centroid for the sixteen regions and groups of countries shown on this world map: http://www.fund-model.org/home. The countries in each group are listed here: https://05f0e81c-a-5f9963c9-s-sites.googlegroups.com/a/fund-model.org/fund-model/Fund-3-9-Scientific-Tables.pdf . The reason I need the latitude of the centroid is as one input parameter to calculate the values in Table RT (page 33, in the PDF linked above).

Might want to have some sort of means of zooming in a window
Larry Gorenflo - ljg11@psu.edu - Web map client seems to be fine. Might want to have some sort of means of zooming in a window, but in general it seems to work fine. Also, might want to expand the datasets represented maybe try to monitor use on the site to see if it is particularly popular first. That stated, seems to work well.

not necessary for this one scenario. if we provide a lot of sample code, we can revisit adding this functionality

Add Flickr links to their corresponding collection, set and maps in Flickr.
Since all the maps are located on Flickr and follow the same structure SEDAC uses (collections, sets, and individual maps) it would be great if we linked to where we can find this content on Flickr so we can take advantage of Flickr's social networking tools like commenting, grouping, sharing with other Flickr users and even other ones like Facebook, Linkedin, Twittter, etc...
