You will have to convert, the ArcInfo Interchange file (.e00) to Coverage. To do this, open your ArcToolbox, Coverage Tools, Conversion, To Coverage, Import from Interchange. A new window will open called “Import from Interchange File”, for the Feature Type, choose AUTO (The AUTO option determines what is contained in an import file, then imports it correctly), for Input Interchange file, browse to where your .e00 is located, for Outout Dataset, browse to where you want the new Coverage to be saved. After converting to Coverage, use “Add Data” to view the new coverage file.
