Where can I find help in using the commands associated with this list?
SEDAC uses Listserv software to operate its various discussion lists. From the Listserv website at http://listserver.ciesin.columbia.edu/ you can subscribe/unsubscribe to lists and change your subscription settings.
You can also change settings and get help with list commands by sending a message to listserve@listserver.ciesin.columbia.edu with INFO REFCARD as the body of the message.
