I'm new to the list, is there any way I can see old messages/threads that were posted to the list.
We maintain an archive of list messages at http://listserver.ciesin.columbia.edu/. At that page you will see a brief summary of each list we host (HDGEC, Int-Law, PERN, PERNSEMINARS and YHDR). The list names are linked to their respective archives.
