    Requests to get the layer from the wms geoserver (https://sedac.ciesin.columbia.edu/geoserver/wms) are currently failing, and returning a 503 error.

    Can anyone help with this? Has the server been relocated? Is there a new way of obtaining a population density overlay?

    Any help appreciated! Thanks
